We made these edible race medals for all the competitors who'd raced the train from Dore and Totley station in Sheffield to Hathersage station in Derbyshire. The cookies have the image printed in edible inks onto a very thin fondant, which is overlaid on a royal icing base, with a hand iced border and are heat-sealed in their own little bags. They were each attached to a cotton medal ribbon so that they could be worn before eating!
