Due to likely delivery delays caused by planned industrial action at Royal Mail, the last day for ordering will be Monday 12 December.
Packaging & Delivery
Packaging
Cookie Cards
These are presented in a white letterbox-friendly mailer (125 mm x 160 mm). The cookies are attached to a glassine pad with little blobs of icing to stop them from moving around and are then heat-sealed in clear cello to keep them fresh. Each cookie card is then overwrapped with a coloured glassine liner and sealed with a sticker, before being placed in the mailer, together with a thin layer of packaging foam to further protect the cookies. A small gift card is included for your personal message.
Letterbox Cookies
These are presented in a white letterbox-friendly mailer (110 mm x 235 mm). The cookies are attached to a glassine pad with little blobs of icing to stop them from moving around and are then heat-sealed in clear cello to keep them fresh. Each set of cookies is then overwrapped with a coloured glassine liner and sealed with a sticker, before being placed in the mailer, together with a thin layer of packaging foam to further protect the cookies. A small gift card is included for your personal message.
Gift Selections
The default packaging option is in a white letterbox-friendly mailer (160 mm x 235 mm). The cookies are attached to a glassine pad with little blobs of icing to stop them from moving around and are then heat-sealed in clear cello to keep them fresh. Each gift selection is then overwrapped with a coloured glassine liner and sealed with a sticker, before being placed in the mailer, together with a thin layer of packaging foam to further protect the cookies.
For an additional charge, these cookies can instead be packed in a smart gift box, with a kraft base and black wibalin lid, finished with a printed box band (see here). If you choose this option, the gift box will be wrapped in a corrugated cardboard mailer for dispatch.
With both options, a small gift card is included for your personal message.
Individual Cookies (corporate gifts, cookie place names, wedding and party favours)
These are heat-sealed in individual clear cello bags to keep them fresh. They can be simply wrapped with the bag tops folded over and sealed with the ingredients sticker on the back or left ready for customers to tie themselves.
Other packaging options include plain or printed tab tops, tied with an organza ribbon knot or bow... or simply tied with co-ordinating curling ribbon as in the photo with red ribbon.
Name cards may be added to any of the tied options.

Delivery
Most Cookie Cards, Letterbox Cookies and Gift Selections are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post, so that your postie will deliver them regardless of whether the recipient is in. However, if you'd like to have the security of tracking information and a signed-for delivery, this can be added at the checkout for a small additional cost. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
Larger quantities of cookies (e.g. wedding favours or orders containing several different items for delivery to the same address) will be sent by courier - usually Hermes. Again, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
